10 Fairfield Approach was commissioned in 2017 on an address that Townend Development had already established as synonymous with premium residential quality. The brief was familiar in its ambition, a four-bedroom luxury home finished to the highest specification, but the expectation that came with building on Fairfield Approach by this point was higher than ever. Every previous project on the street had raised the bar. This one had to clear it.

The key challenge was achieving a premium specification while maintaining architectural balance and everyday functionality. Careful coordination was required to ensure detailing, materials, and layout met executive-level expectations. Consistency with wider high-end property development Wraysbury standards remained central throughout the build.
